Accelerated Route Towards Fellowship - Domestic Arbitration

This two day assessment provides a fast-track route towards Fellowship through the Arbitration Pathways. The Accelerated Route towards Fellowship has been designed for legally qualified professionals who have substantial unassessed knowledge and experience of Domestic Arbitration.

Candidates must have:

 ·       A minimum of five years practising as an Arbitrator or Adjudicator

·       Hold Member Grade CIArb Membership

·       AND

·       Successful completion of Module 2 Law of Obligations: Contract and Tort,

·       OR

 

·       Successful completion of the Module 2 online exemption test
